Roli Delgado, UFC Ultimate Fighter and world renowned expert in leg locks, is giving a leg lock seminar at Baltimore Martial Art on Saturday January 10th 2015.
Roli Delgado is an expert in leg locks and trains World Champions. Leg Locks are can fit into any martial arts system or style including Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do etc..
Leg Locks are the Equalizer and have been used extensively to beat top level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters and grapplers for almost a century.
In 1951 a man by the name of Oswaldo Fadda challenged Helio Gracie and his school to a competition. Helio and his students lost 19 out of 20 matches! Witnesses say that most of the matches were won with Leg Locks!
