New anti-bullying trend: Teaching victims to fight back

Society has typically dealt with bullying via establishing zero tolerance policies or applying other behavior consequences toward bullying offenders. A new approach that is gaining momentum is to target the victims, not the bullies, by teaching victims how to stand up and fight back against the bully.
